About The Position

At Results Contracting, we specialize in high-quality residential and commercial roofing, siding, and gutter services. Known for our craftsmanship and professionalism, we pride ourselves on helping homeowners protect and improve their property—especially after storm damage. We are rapidly expanding and looking to add a motivated, coachable, and experienced Sales Representative to our team. We’re looking for an energetic, self-starting Sales Rep who is passionate about helping homeowners while earning top commissions. In this role, you’ll assess property damage, assist clients through the insurance claim process, and close exterior restoration projects. You’ll receive paid training, company support, and the opportunity to grow within a dynamic, high-performance environment.

Requirements

• Prior sales experience (roofing/exterior restoration or insurance claims preferred)
• Knowledge of the insurance claim process for storm damage restoration
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable performing roof inspections (ladder climbing required)
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and driven to earn
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Tech-savvy (CRM usage, mobile apps, estimate tools, etc.)
• Experience with Xactimate, Hover, or similar platforms is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads through door-to-door, referrals, social media, and networking
• Perform on-site inspections for roofing, siding, and gutter damage
• Educate customers on their options, including insurance claims and out-of-pocket repairs
• Guide homeowners through the insurance claim process, including insurance adjustments
• Review scopes of loss and insurance paperwork to ensure accurate coverage
• Maintain up-to-date records in our CRM
• Present detailed proposals and close sales confidently and professionally
• Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships throughout the project
• Collaborate with project managers and office staff to ensure customer satisfaction
• Meet or exceed individual monthly and quarterly sales goals
