Requirements

• Marketing, Sales or related field experience preferred
• 3+ years' experience in sales with strong track record of success
• Experience in the automobile industry preferred
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• High School Diploma required or GED equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
• Must be 21 years of age or over with a clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Generate new business as well as perform cold calls in the field to generate new permanent sales while supporting existing clients
• Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers
• Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily
• Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers
• Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
• Meet established goals for territory and sales quotas
• Sell the company’s products or services to customers within your given territory
• Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs
• Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business
