As an Outside Sales Representative, you will provide professional customer service to both internal and external customers, as well as collaborate with customer service center personnel to resolve issues. On our team, you will have the support to excel at work and the resources to build a career you can be proud of. You will process, promote and sell the company products and services. You will go through bidding outlets to respond to RFQ’s, product searching and price negotiations, make deals, as well as coordinate house accounts to maintain customer satisfaction. Responsibilities of an outside sales representative also include consulting clients in terms of product or services, working with an existing client base, demonstrating products or services online, establishing contracts, and reporting on the work done in the CRM.
