About The Position

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Commission-Based Outside Salesperson to join our dynamic sales team. As a Door-to-Door Salesperson, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to potential customers within designated territories. This is a commission-based position, offering an attractive earnings potential for individuals who excel in a performance-driven environment. Estimated Annual Income: $50,000-$150,000

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in door-to-door sales, direct sales, or a similar role is preferred but not required; we are willing to provide training for motivated individuals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to persuade and influence potential customers.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel within assigned territories.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to generate leads and acquire new customers within assigned territories.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with potential customers by engaging in door-to-door sales activities, presenting product information and conducting persuasive sales presentations.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights and recommendations for sales strategy improvement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including leads generated, customer contacts, and sales transactions.
  • Attend regular sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance sales skills and stay up-to-date with the company's products and services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to share best practices, identify opportunities for growth, and achieve sales targets.
