Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record of closing business.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills you enjoy real conversations and can build trust quickly.
• Ability to work independently, manage your time, and follow a proven sales process.
• Comfort using CRM tools to track activity, pipeline, and follow up.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to run in home appointments in your protected territory.
• A genuine desire to help clients gain clarity and confidence about their estate planning decisions.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre qualified prospects in their homes and conduct relaxed, consultative estate planning conversations.
• Listen, ask smart questions, and recommend solutions that help clients protect their families and organize their affairs.
• Use a refined, step by step process to guide clients from first conversation to completed plan without paper chasing.
• Manage your own schedule and territory, treating this role like the business ownership opportunity it is.
