Outside Sales Representative If you’re a motivated sales professional with 2–3 years of in-home sales experience, we want you to drive sales, grow customer relationships, and close projects for our window, siding, and door lines. This role includes paid training, a company-provided tablet, and uncapped earning potential.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of in-home sales experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations, and close sales
• Prepare accurate estimates and consistently meet or exceed targets
• Maintain CRM records and report sales metrics
• Collaborate with sales staff and installers when needed
• Represent NextWave at community events and build local referral networks
