Requirements

2+ years of Outside Sales Rep experience
Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call hours
Willingness to attend trade shows, events, referral groups, and more
No HVAC experience necessary-we'll train you through our step-by-step program designed for a minimum of $200,000 in first-year income for the right candidates!

Responsibilities

Provide customers with tailored solutions for HVAC and home comfort needs
Consult with new and existing customers, offering custom system designs and our exclusive maintenance program
Lead the sales process with confidence, clarity, and a customer-first approach
Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure complete satisfaction
Re-engage all open bids and leads to convert them into sales
Overcome objections and highlight standout features, pricing, and financing options
Prepare professional sales orders
Build long-term relationships and deliver exceptional service
Participate in trade shows, referral networks, and sales-driven events
Work occasional evenings/weekends on an on-call rotation
