Door-to-Door Roofing Sales Representative / Project Manager - Full-Time / Commission-Based (after 90 days paid training) Are you a motivated, energetic individual looking for more than just a job? Requirements

• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods
• Positive attitude and resilience in a sales environment
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Must a valid driver's license and a pick-up truck, or the ability to acquire one within 60 days of hire

Nice To Haves

• Sales experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Canvass residential neighborhoods to connect with homeowners and generate leads
• Perform roof inspections, identify storm damage with interested homeowners and educate homeowners about insurance claims
• Build rapport and maintain professional relationships with customers
• Track leads and follow up with potential clients
