About The Position

The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth in the field. This role requires an energetic and self-driven professional who can identify opportunities, present solutions, and close deals while traveling to meet customers and attending industry events.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively and work independently in the field.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Experience attending trade shows and industry networking events.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target new business opportunities.
  • Travel to meet with potential and existing customers, building strong relationships.
  • Educate customers on the benefits and technical aspects of our lithium battery products.
  • Identify customer needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Manage a sales pipeline using CRM software and track progress towards sales goals.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional efforts.
  • Work closely with the operations and technical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
