About The Position

What You’ll Do & How You’ll Succeed Develop and grow a defined DFW territory through new business acquisition and account expansion, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets Build strong relationships with builders, contractors, and key decision-makers to establish TDT as a preferred partner Identify project opportunities and effectively position TDT’s millwork solutions (doors, windows, trim, stair parts) to drive repeat business and referrals Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and quoting to negotiation and closing—while building a sustainable pipeline Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, design, and customer support to deliver a seamless customer experience and long-term account growth Maintain accurate pipeline visibility, forecasts, and customer records to support performance tracking and strategic planning What We’re Looking For 3+ years of outside sales experience in building materials, millwork, or construction Proven ability to develop new business and grow accounts Existing network in the DFW builder/contractor community preferred Self-directed, accountable, and comfortable owning a territory CRM/ERP experience (Agility a plus) Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record Pass a pre-employment drug test Why Join TDT Compensation: Base salary + uncapped commission (top performers can expect to earn $125k+ in their first year). Requirements

  • 3+ years of outside sales experience in building materials, millwork, or construction
