Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • Proven success stories from previous sales experience.
  • Valid Driver's License with good driving record
  • Business-minded.
  • Understands the importance of quality, consistent customer service.
  • Motivated by money, but understands building a relationship for the sake of a long-term partnership is important.
  • General aptitude and mental ability to conduct outside sales.
  • Great attitude, good presence, and energy. Not afraid of rejection and makes people feel at ease.
  • Integrity and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to multi-task independently with good follow-through.

Responsibilities

  • Research, develop & maintain a database of leads using a variety of sales programs provided by FASTSIGNS.
  • Consultatively sell a variety of signs & graphic products (product training provided), targeting large accounts.
  • Grow an existing database of accounts by cross-selling and being introduced to new buyers through existing contacts.
  • Make a large volume of phone calls and e-mails in order to generate appointments.
  • Perform site surveys, meeting with customers at their place of business, taking measurements and upselling additional graphics when possible.
  • Generate price quotes and follow up quickly.
  • Generate work orders with specifications for items that fulfill customers needs.
  • Work with the team to ensure projects are completed correctly and on-time.
  • Perform other tasks as required to complete projects and achieve customer satisfaction.
