The Opportunity This is a door-to-door (D2D) sales role combined with project management responsibilities. You’ll generate leads, inspect roofs, help homeowners through the insurance process, close deals, and manage projects from start to finish. If you’re competitive, coachable, and hungry to earn, this role offers uncapped income potential and the chance to build a real career in roofing and construction. No roofing experience? No problem. We provide hands-on training and support.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and confidence talking to homeowners
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Competitive mindset with a strong work ethic
  • Coachable and willing to follow proven systems
  • Comfortable working outdoors and door-to-door
  • Valid driver’s license (required)
  • A pick-up truck is required, or the ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire (mandatory)

Responsibilities

  • Canvass neighborhoods to generate leads and set appointments
  • Perform roof inspections and identify storm damage
  • Educate homeowners on the insurance claims process
  • Present solutions and close roofing contracts
  • Manage projects from contract to completion
  • Communicate with homeowners throughout the build
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure quality and timelines
  • Collect payments and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Generate referrals and build long-term relationships
