As a Residential Sales Professional at ARUZA, you will be prioritized as our #1 focus, with an earning potential of $60,000 to $100,000 on the best pay scale in the industry. You will receive a base salary plus commissions starting at 20%, with opportunities for monthly bonuses. The position includes a vehicle and gas card, equipment provided by the company, and training from our best team members. Benefits are available after 30 days, including a 401(k) with a progressive matching scale.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check and work in a drug-free workplace
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
• Physical ability to be on your feet and maneuver in crawl spaces in various weather conditions
• Customer service experience
• Proven sales ability
• Basic math skills

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Service Pros to identify proposal opportunities
• Inspect the homes of new pest control customers and prospect referrals
• Complete annual termite renewal inspections for existing customers
• Conduct 5 to 6 inspections per day
• Propose 2 to 3 solutions per inspection
• Close 1 to 2 sales per day
