About The Position
We are seeking dynamic and driven New Home Sales Professionals to join our team in Magnolia, TX. This role is perfect for individuals with proven sales skills who are ready to elevate their sales career in the real estate industry. As an Outside Sales Professional, you will be responsible for selling newly constructed homes and guiding the sales transaction through to closing. You will engage in selling and obtaining contracts away from the model home or sales office, ensuring a personalized and effective sales experience for our clients. In this position, you will be expected to submit daily activity reports to the Division President, develop and maintain a marketing and Realtor contact program to facilitate sales, and perform competitive analysis to maintain prospect relationships. You will manage the sales process while facilitating both loan and closing procedures, and monitor model and inventory homes to ensure they meet quality standards. Collaboration with the Construction staff and attendance at training meetings will also be part of your responsibilities. Perry Homes offers industry-leading commission rates, with 40% of the commission paid upfront at the time of sale and the remaining 60% paid at closing. Additionally, we provide paid training and have inventory homes ready to sell.
