About The Position

We're looking for a Creative Sales Representative for a hands-on, field-based role that combines sales with physical, on-site work. In this role you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue through customer-focused sales strategies. This role combines traditional sales skills with creativity to identify client needs, present tailored solutions, and build long-term relationships. This is a great position to help you build your skills in sales and customer-facing service. Requirements

Comfortable with physical, hands-on work in various environments (attics, crawl spaces, ladders, etc.)
Willingness to split time between sales and manual/field work
Strong communication and customer interaction skills
Self-motivated and adaptable in a field-based setting
Sales experience preferred in labor or pest control service.
Exceptional verbal communication skills.
Excellent time management skills.
Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
The ability to work independently, effectively manage time, and prioritize tasks is important to your success.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in construction, HVAC, field service, or similar is a plus
If you have prior experience performing inspections, and/or selling/servicing in HVAC, solar, internet, cable, running an independent route, face-to-face customer service, or other types of in-home technician experience, we strongly encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

Perform detailed pest control inspections for residential customers.
Actively participate in hands-on tasks, including working in attics, crawl spaces, and tight areas.
Recommend customized pest control solutions based on inspection findings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Drive new business by identifying potential customers and presenting pest control solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups.
Effectively manage your time, prioritize tasks, and work independently in the field.
Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and offering advice when needed.
You will have monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team, and your manager will work closely with you to ensure your success in reaching or exceeding your sales goals.
