Comfort is seeking driven individuals for an Entry Level Outside Sales & Neighborhood Marketing Rep role with clear growth opportunities and uncapped earning potential. In this field-based position, you will engage homeowners in local neighborhoods and at community events, introduce Comfort’s services, and schedule free, no-obligation in-home estimates. This is not a closing or cold-calling role. Your responsibility is to start the conversation and set qualified appointments—our sales team handles the rest.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Ability to speak with homeowners in person
- Driver’s license is a plus
Responsibilities
- Canvass local neighborhoods and speak with homeowners face-to-face
- Introduce Comfort’s home improvement solutions
- Schedule free, no-obligation in-home estimates
- Represent Comfort at home shows, fairs, and community events
- Work alongside a fun, competitive, team-oriented environment
- Track progress using simple mobile tools and a proven pitch
