This role is responsible for: Training, managing, and recruiting a door-to-door canvassing team Producing personal leads Setting high-conversion appointments Working directly with regional and executive sales leadership We provide the structure, training, and tools necessary for success. Requirements
- Significant door-to-door / canvassing experience
- Proven track record as a top sales performer
- Experience managing successful canvassing teams
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Strong rapport-building skills
- Self-motivated and positive under pressure
Responsibilities
- Drive a strong, winning, and inspiring team culture
- Lead from the front as the team pacesetter
- Train and manage a team of RoofingPros (canvassers/setters)
- Coordinate scheduling with the Area Manager
- Recruit, interview, and hire new RoofingPros
- Ensure weekly team performance goals are met
- Lead territory “meet ups” to drive accountability and results
- Assist in managing canvassing territories
- Participate in multiple weekly training meetings
