Sales Focus, Inc., (SFI) the global leader in Sales Outsourcing, is searching for a National Sales / Program Manager to “Develop, Train and Grow” an existing sales team in the energy industry. The Sales / Program Manager will be responsible for managing sales teams across the US. This position is the direct interface between Sales Focus and our client. The Sales & Program Manager has the responsibility to guide and direct the program, continually monitoring progress as well as all process and procedures. The ideal candidate is analytical in their approach to managing sales agents, focused on performance and KPI’s, and also have the ability to go in the field and train them how to close deals.
