Now, we’re looking for a District Manager to run our Cypress outside sales team — someone with energy, confidence, and a “let’s go win” mentality. Requirements
- A valid driver’s license and reliable ride (you’ll be out in the field often)
- Some leadership or outside sales experience
- Confidence, people skills, and coachability
- Strong communication & time management
- The drive to compete, grow, and win
Responsibilities
- Lead & Inspire your own Outside Sales Team — train, coach, and motivate them to perform
- Get in the game: You’ll lead from the front by producing your own sales and closing deals with new homeowners
- Build your culture: Run meetings, celebrate wins, and create that “we win together” team vibe
- Grow your people: Ride along with new reps, teach them the ropes, and help them earn big too
- Track results: Develop performance goals and watch your team’s numbers climb
