About The Position

The Commencement Group is looking to hire Outside Sales Interns for Spring 2026 . Our Spring season takes place during the weekends throughout May & all throughout June. Outside sales refers to the type of sales that take place in the field (i.e. graduations).

Requirements

Availability throughout May & June (Especially our BUSY WEEKENDS May 7-10, May 14-17 )
Valid driver's license
Provide own means of transportation to our office
Freshman, sophomore or junior in college
Open to traveling for extended periods of time
Comfortable with driving and traveling
Reliable and responsible
Discipline to wake up early
Stamina to work consecutively long days
Organizational skills
Effective member of a team

Responsibilities

Traveling throughout your region to sell various commemorative items at commencements
Utilizing sales techniques to effectively execute sales
Working as a team to generate revenue and hitting sales goals
Setting up retail kiosks at commencements
Organizing and maintaining inventory of products at kiosks throughout the day
Understanding and implementing the marketing of products
Maintaining our company brand and professional demeanor on-site
