The primary function of the Outside Sales I is to participate in a development program to master all functional areas necessary to perform as an Outside Sales Representative for Cowtown Materials, Inc. These functional areas will range from basic branch operations and delivery processes to inside sales and deep product offering knowledge. Product offering training will be given in the following areas: building materials including drywall, insulation, metal studs, ceiling systems, construction tools, construction safety items, drywall compound, and accessories for the drywall industry. The Outside Sales I will also be expected to perform the basic outside sales activities from lead generation through close in an assigned territory, as well as develop and implement the agreed upon Cowtown marketing plan.
