About The Position

The Outside Sales Representative at ARS-Rescue Rooter is responsible for connecting customers with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical solutions, focusing on heating, cooling, and air quality upgrades. This role emphasizes customer service delivery, with a strong potential for career advancement and unlimited income through uncapped commissions. Representatives will receive warm sales leads, comprehensive training, and company-provided resources to facilitate their sales efforts.

Requirements

• Prior experience selling residential services in-home.
• Some locations may require HVAC specific experience.
• Ability to travel to pre-set appointments in a company-provided work vehicle.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work long, sporadic hours and/or weekends as needed.
• Ability to access attics and crawl spaces regularly.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in HVAC sales or related fields.
• Familiarity with financing options for home services.

Responsibilities

• Connect customers with comfort through heating, cooling, and air quality upgrades or system replacements.
• Utilize warm sales leads provided by ARS, avoiding canvassing and cold-calling.
• Achieve income potential of $100k to $200k+ per year through uncapped commission opportunities.
• Participate in comprehensive training provided by the in-house Learning & Development team.
• Travel to pre-set appointments throughout the assigned area using a company-provided vehicle.
