Responsibilities As a Home Sales Inspector at Fox Pest Control, you'll be a key player in our mission to provide top-notch service to homeowners. Your day will include: Conducting thorough termite inspections : Identifying issues and recommending solutions to customers. Building rapport with homeowners : Leveraging your sales skills to up sell additional services, especially our premium Sentricon system. Hitting sales targets : You'll be actively seeking and seizing opportunities to exceed monthly sales goals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Proven experience in sales, preferably in pest control or a related field Pest Control or Termite Knowledge: If you've worked in pest control or have a solid understanding of termite behavior and treatments, that's a huge plus! (But if you don't, we'll train you!) Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in sales, preferably in pest control or a related field
Customer-first mentality: you know how to make customers feel valued and keep them coming back
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

Pest Control or Termite Knowledge: If you've worked in pest control or have a solid understanding of termite behavior and treatments, that's a huge plus! (But if you don't, we'll train you!)
