About The Position

Euclid Fish Company is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Executive to grow and support customer relationships across the Cleveland market. This is a relationship-driven sales role focused on developing new business, expanding existing accounts, and helping restaurants, markets, and foodservice operators access premium seafood and specialty food products. Euclid Fish Company has been a trusted name in food distribution for over 80 years. As a fourth-generation, family-owned company, we are known for quality, reliability, and exceptional service. Our team supplies some of the region’s most respected restaurants, retailers, and culinary professionals with fresh seafood and gourmet products sourced from around the world. Requirements

  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling abilities
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently
  • Organized and comfortable working with CRM and Microsoft 365 tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
  • Previous sales or foodservice industry experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel
  • Ability to occasionally lift 30–50 lbs and enter refrigerated environments when required

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of restaurant, retail, and foodservice accounts
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within your assigned territory
  • Conduct in-person client visits to build strong, long-term relationships
  • Introduce new products, seasonal offerings, and specialty items
  • Serve as a trusted resource for customers by providing product knowledge and menu insights
  • Maintain consistent communication through scheduled visits, calls, and email follow-ups
  • Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately by coordinating with internal logistics and operations teams
  • Prospect new customers through cold outreach, referrals, and local networking
  • Present Euclid Fish’s full product program to prospective clients
  • Support customers with product sampling and menu development ideas
  • Track customer activity and sales progress using CRM tools
  • Maintain weekly sales schedules and territory updates
  • Participate in company meetings and seasonal sales initiatives
