What You'll Do As an Outside Sales Executive, you'll be the trusted advisor for businesses in your community. Your day-to-day will include: Building and maintaining relationships with clients and decision-makers Presenting customized insurance plans that meet each client's unique needs Negotiating and finalizing contracts with confidence and professionalism Using our CRM system to track leads, manage follow-ups, and grow your book of business Proactively prospecting and generating new business opportunities Your role is client-focused, solution-driven, and performance-rewarded. Requirements

  • 6+ months of sales experience preferred (but not required)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A go-getter attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Coachable, eager to learn, and committed to personal growth
  • Ability to thrive independently while being part of a high-performance team
