About The Position

The Outside Sales Counselor at Fields Senior Living is responsible for driving sales and outreach efforts to promote the community and assist potential residents and their families in the placement process. This role involves coordinating marketing strategies, maintaining census data, conducting market analysis, and ensuring a seamless move-in process for new residents. The counselor will also engage with the community to uphold the brand's positive image and foster relationships with current and prospective residents.

Requirements

  • Must be drug-free and submit to a urinary analysis drug screening upon hire.
  • Must pass a criminal background check and health screening, including a TB test.
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
  • Maintain current CPR and First Aid Certification.
  • Experience working with Dementia residents is required.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in standard English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are necessary.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines are essential.

  • Experience in sales or marketing within the senior living industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and data entry processes.
  • Ability to work flexible hours for scheduling tours.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the Director of Sales and Executive Director to develop an annual marketing action plan.
  • Execute the marketing plan quarterly, focusing on various sales and outreach avenues.
  • Communicate marketing needs to the home office to reflect brand standards.
  • Maintain census and inquiry history by entering data into the CRM within 24 hours of transactions.
  • Conduct market analysis for local competitors in collaboration with the Director of Sales.
  • Schedule and conduct tours of the community for potential residents and families.
  • Work with the Director of Resident Services to ensure timely assessments and paperwork completion for move-ins.
  • Coordinate signings with families and ensure all paperwork is completed as per the move-in process.
  • Maintain marketing collateral and request additional materials when supplies are low.
  • Follow up with prospects according to the sales plan for cold, warm, and hot leads.
  • Communicate future move-in details to team members.
  • Maintain a call and mailing list for customers, referrals, and vendors.
  • Discuss and review sales goals regularly with the Director of Community Relations and Executive Director.
  • Complete weekly marketing reports and communicate them as directed.
  • Answer phone calls professionally, adhering to phone etiquette guidelines.
  • Network and host events to promote the brand within the community.
  • Maintain model apartments and ensure the building is tour-ready.
  • Develop strong relationships with current resident leads to facilitate potential move-ins.
  • Maintain outreach accounts, targeting 80 per month and 20 per week.
