Requirements

• Previous experience in outside sales, business development, or similar roles
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly driven to succeed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-set appointments with qualified leads (no cold calling or prospecting needed)
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Present, promote, and sell Kris Konstruction products/services to existing and potential customers
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
