About The Position

Based in Pompano Beach, we’re a growing marine construction company looking for motivated professionals who want stability, earning potential, and a clear path forward.

We’re currently seeking an Outside Sales Consultant to conduct in -home residential inspections and help homeowners protect and enhance their waterfront properties.

Requirements

• Sales experience preferred (in -home, -comission based sales a plus)
• Construction, marine, or home improvement experience is a bonus
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self -motivated, goal -oriented mindset
• Professional, trustworthy, and customer -focused
• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Conduct in -home residential inspections with homeowners
• Evaluate docks, seawalls, and waterfront structures
• Educate customers on current conditions and recommended solutions
• Prepare and present estimates and proposals
• Close sales in the home with confidence and professionalism
• Manage and follow up on your sales pipeline
• Build long -term relationships with homeowners and referral partners

• 2% commission will be applied across the board on all sales.
