About The Position

System Pavers is growing at a tremendous rate, and we are looking to expand our sales team with motivated, outgoing Outside Sales Consultants! In this position, you will meet with homeowners to discuss their outdoor living needs. You will then help bring their vision to life by discussing options for their space, including project estimates and personalized design possibilities. Our Design Consultants enjoy: Nearly unlimited earning potential (our top performers have been hitting $200k+ in income!). Requirements

  • Previous successful sales experience or a strong interest in kickstarting your sales career.
  • Comfortable using basic office programs and learning new technology.
  • Must have your driver’s license and be able to meet driving insurance guidelines.

Nice To Haves

  • Construction experience a plus.
  • If you have passion for home improvement and/or experience providing high level customer service (I.e., windows, bathrooms/kitchens, solar, hospitality, auto sales, real estate, etc.), this might be the position for you!

Responsibilities

  • Make initial contact with clients via company generated appointments and build rapport.
  • Accurately uncover and assess customers’ needs and vision for their outdoor space.
  • Measure outdoor spaces and design personalized solutions.
  • Maintain a homeowner-centric focus that prioritizes service and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the construction department to provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Utilize company technology platforms for designing projects, submitting contracts, etc.
  • Generate leads in your personal pipeline in tandem with the company leads.
