Resource Label Group is seeking an Outside Sales Consultant that will work to improve RLG's market position and achieve financial growth. The Outside Sales Consultant will build key customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, negotiate, close business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions. This individual will focus on three key areas for sales: New Business Development, Customer Retention and Account Planning. This role is highly collaborative as it requires interaction with various staff throughout the organization, both internal and external. An ideal candidate will located in Southern CA or surrounding areas and have ability to travel and service customers within a diverse territory. Compensation for this role is reflective of an annual base + commission opportunity. Total compensation will vary dependent on individual performance & meeting sales targets.
