Requirements

• Sales Background : Prior sales experience is ideal, or a strong interest in starting a sales career.
• Tech-Savvy : Comfortable with basic office software and excited to learn new technology.
• Driver’s License : Required for meeting with clients in various locations.
• Self-Motivated : You’re driven to exceed performance goals, energized by friendly team competition.
• Effective Communicator : You excel at verbal and written communication, making clients feel informed and cared for.
• Personable and Professional : Known for your outgoing personality, you create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement : Meet homeowners through company-generated appointments, building rapport and assessing their outdoor space needs.
• Design Consultation : Measure outdoor areas, discuss design possibilities, and provide project estimates that align with the client’s vision.
• Client-Centric Service : Ensure that each homeowner experience is smooth and centered on customer satisfaction.
• Project Coordination : Collaborate with the construction department to transition clients seamlessly from consultation to project completion.
• Technology Utilization : Use our design platforms to create custom designs, submit contracts, and track project details.
• Lead Generation : Generate additional leads independently while leveraging company-provided leads.
