Requirements

Proven experience in outside sales or a related customer-facing role preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth
Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations of vehicles and services
Generate leads and follow up on inbound inquiries
Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve weekly and monthly targets
Collaborate with the sales team and management to improve sales strategies
Participate in community events and networking opportunities to promote the company brand
