About The Position
Modern Roofing LLC is urgently hiring for our newest location in Marietta, Georgia. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Roofing Consultant to join our team. This position is ideal for proactive, motivated, and coachable individuals who are interested in starting a career in roofing sales. We provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role. As a Roofing Consultant, you will be responsible for going door to door to educate property owners about the storm damage insurance process. This role requires self-motivation, honesty, and a commitment to helping people. You will meet with homeowners multiple times and must always represent Modern Roofing LLC in a professional manner. In this position, you will be expected to climb roofs, have a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. Your responsibilities will include educating property owners on the storm damage insurance process, meeting with insurance adjusters on-site, signing contracts with integrity, and managing all your projects from start to finish. You will be held accountable for meeting monthly goals and minimums while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Organizational skills and good time management are also crucial for success in this role.
