Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• 21 years of age or older
• Willing to travel across our Central Florida service area (Ocala, Clermont, Kissimmee, Davenport, St. Cloud, Lakeland, and nearby towns)

Nice To Haves

• Experience selling gutters (preferred) or other in-home contractor services
• Ability to overcome objections and sell value, not just price
• Punctual, goal-driven, and confident in front of customers
• Enjoy connecting with local partners and turning new relationships into lasting referral opportunities
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset

Responsibilities

• Drive to pre-scheduled homeowner appointments (no cold knocking)
• Inspect properties, determine scope, and present solutions using an education-based approach
• Follow up with leads, ask for referrals, and generate self-driven opportunities
• Represent our brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and punctuality
