We offer our Outside Sales Representatives: W2 position, top-of-the-line commission, monthly bonus opportunity, and support The chance to run set appointments during parts of the week A $1,000 sign-on bonus will be awarded upon completing the ramp-up goal. $2,500 if roofing experience. Ability to climb on roofs to perform a video roof inspection The candidate must have passion, energy, and a positive and relentless attitude The candidate will also possess strong listening, follow-up, and closing skills Detail-oriented, focused, and a team player Most importantly, you MUST have strong ethics, high integrity, and be committed to ALWAYS putting the customer first

Requirements

  • Sales quota experience on a resume
  • Availability to work throughout the day, including evenings and some Saturdays
  • Proficient in working with computer software
  • Smartphone, laptop, and reliable transportation
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Outstanding reputation to back your sales efforts
