About The Position

The position involves working within a defined geographic territory to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals. The role requires daily customer visits to recommend the right solutions to help members understand their home security needs. The individual will be responsible for achieving personal monthly quota goals, identifying new customers, and developing sales strategies to meet targets that promote long-term profitability. This includes creating sales leads through a CRM system and following up on all leads through various communication methods. The role also entails completing end-to-end sales processes, including scheduling installations to ensure excellent service from start to finish. Additionally, the position requires developing and implementing strategies for customer relationship management and retention, as well as market share growth. Participation in vendor and sales training is expected, along with generating new lead sources through business relationships and development, such as with realtors, new home builds, and homeowners associations.
