About The Position

We are one of the top-performing RoofMaxx dealers in California, and we’re looking for serious sales closers who want to earn six figures.

This is a high-income outside sales role where you’ll be running qualified company leads AND generating your own opportunities by working neighborhoods, referrals, and surrounding homes.

If you can close and you’re willing to hustle, $120K–$150K+ is realistic—and there is NO cap.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience REQUIRED (in-home preferred)
• Must be a closer AND willing to hunt
• Comfortable knocking doors and asking for referrals
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Competitive, self-motivated, and driven
• Valid driver’s license
• Sales experience required (not customer service)

Responsibilities

• Run company-provided, qualified appointments daily
• Meet homeowners and deliver in-home sales presentations
• Inspect roofs and recommend RoofMaxx treatments and repairs
• Close deals on-site
• Follow up and manage your pipeline
• Door knock around active jobs
• Work nearby homes and neighborhoods
• Generate referrals and additional deals
