About The Position

Our company engages in the sale, manufacturing, and distribution of metal building components and packages. We are currently seeking a customer-focused outside sales professional who thrives on building relationships and being an integral part of our dynamic team. This role requires a proactive individual who excels at identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client connections, and driving revenue growth. Here is what you will be Responsible for (but not limited to):

Requirements

• One year experience in Outside Sales
• Background in construction/roofing related field
• Bilingual in Spanish (Required)
• Advanced Computer Skills

Nice To Haves

• Minimum Associates Degree (Not Required)

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with an unmatched customer service experience.
• Develop new customer relationships and maintain existing ones.
• Understand customer project needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Conduct 6-8 customer visits per day within assigned territory.
• Maintain a 2-week route plan to optimize sales opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with the inside sales team and document customer interactions.
• Continually grow product knowledge and share it with customers.

• Total estimated salary $55,000-$65,000
