The position involves performing sales calls to customers regularly, seeking out prospective client opportunities with new customers through permits, sub-contractors, and framers. The role requires providing a pleasant experience for customers and establishing and maintaining customer relationships to grow profitable sales. The candidate must comprehend and stay relevant on new products and trends in the industry, follow up on all generated quotations to ensure customer service, and develop effective working relationships with team members. The position also involves working closely with Inside Sales team members on various tasks, executing sales efforts ethically and professionally, providing order estimates, entering customer purchase orders, managing open orders, maintaining inventory controls, receiving and distributing merchandise for store transfers, and performing audit controls while setting and maintaining security standards. Other work-related duties may be assigned as needed.
