Echo Electric is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative focused on mainly commercial sales and some industrial electric market in the Ohio region. Candidate area of expertise should include electrical switch gear and lighting, with a diversified background in the commodities to support these solutions. It is expected to own end-to-end selling of appropriate products and focus on driving growth among target accounts and new accounts.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with or selling to residential contractors
• High school diploma required; a technical degree is preferred
• Effective communication and relationship-building abilities
• Negotiation skills for contracts and pricing
• Solid understanding of the products or services they represent
• Ability to adapt to different customer needs and market dynamics
• Proficiency in sales strategies and closing deals
