About The Position

The Assurance Group is looking to hire and train new agents with the right skill set for our National Marketing Organization. Although experienced insurance agents are welcome to apply, no experience is necessary. In fact, in many cases we prefer to work with people coming from other industries. We've found tremendous success taking people with careers as bartenders, servers, teachers, healthcare workers, and even former military and training them to represent our products (life, health, and fixed index annuities). Please note that we visit clients, mostly senior adults, IN PERSON. This is not a remote work-from-home role, and a reliable vehicle is required. Requirements

  • Must be self-motivated (This is a commission sales and bonuses with lifetime renewals role!)
  • Must have reliable transportation (We meet with senior clients in person, in their home)
  • Must be good with people, especially Senior Adults
  • Clean background (no felonies)
  • United State citizen (we do not sponsor)

Nice To Haves

  • 2-3 years sales experience desired but not required (we train)
