About The Position

As an Outside Sales Advisor at Neptune Cremation Society, you will be responsible for generating sales using company-provided leads from various sources, including web leads, direct mail response leads, and in-person restaurant seminars. Our mission is to provide peace of mind through end-of-life planning, and we celebrate our associates as they help families pre-plan their futures. With almost 50 years in the industry, we are the largest sales and marketing company in pre-need sales, assisting over 80,000 families each year. We offer a generous compensation package that includes uncapped commissions, bonuses, and monthly contests.

Requirements

• Desire to make money while helping people.
• Strong telephone, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• High level of compassion and integrity.
• Ability to close sales in one call or visit.
• Experience with in-home and/or seminar-based sales preferred.
• Independent, self-reliant, and self-motivated.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Familiarity with the funeral or pre-need industry.
