Our primary focus is in-person meetings with families and preplanning seminars regarding prearranging. We also have the ability to sell remotely when necessary, and the Company will provide necessary telecommunication platforms to the Pre-Arrangement Advisors. Pre-Arrangement Advisor Gold (SD) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Convert Company provided leads into sales. Maintain a network of customers from Company provided leads. Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads. Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs. Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs. Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale. Daily use of SalesForce or applicable CRM system. Attend daily/ weekly/monthly calls, training, call blocks, floor time in the office or home. Report daily, weekly, monthly sales and appointments to Sales Manager Comply with industry compliance during the entire sales process Other responsibilities as assigned.
