As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our continued success. Position Summary: We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Outside Sales Account Manager to grow and manage business within large-scale residential projects. This role focuses on multi-family developments (new construction and property management) as well as large single-family home builders and track home projects. This is a high-visibility, field-based role for a sales professional who thrives on building long-term partnerships, managing complex projects, and delivering solutions that add real value to builders, developers, and property managers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in construction, building materials, appliances, or related industries
  • Proven success working with multi-family projects, builders, or property management groups
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage long sales cycles and large, complex projects
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of large multi-family and residential builder accounts
  • Prospect and build relationships with: Developers Property management companies General contractors Large single-family and track home builders
  • Drive sales from project specification through close, including pricing, quoting, and order conversion
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously across various stages of development
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional service and follow-through
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming developments within assigned territory
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and growth objectives
