Join our team as an Outside Sales Account Manager and take charge of a well-established territory. You'll be responsible for expanding business through direct sales and service of high-performance fluid process equipment with full support from a trusted brand and technical team behind you.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED required; 2- or 4-year technical/engineering degree preferred.
2+ years of industrial sales experience, ideally in fluid handling and rotating equipment.
Strong relationship-building skills with a consultative sales approach.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with MS Suite of office products and ability to learn and effectively use a CRM system.
Valid driverâs license and willingness to travel locally for on-site customer visits.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting both new prospects and existing accounts.
Drive full-cycle sales: from lead qualification and cold calls to product presentations, quoting, and closing deals.
Promote and sell a wide range of fluid handling, rotating equipment, pumps, seals, and related services.
Build lasting customer relationships through regular on-site visits and expert service.
Collaborate with a knowledgeable inside sales and technical support team to exceed customer expectations.
Leverage CRM tools and other resources to manage your time, territory, and pipeline effectively.
