About The Position

Drive sales, build relationships, and grow a well-established territory in the industrial fluid conveyance market. This outside sales role focuses on hoses, gaskets, fittings, and related solutions for B2B clients.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years outside sales experience, ideally in the industrial hose, gaskets, or fluid conveyance industry.
  • Experience in value-add or consultative selling a plus.
  • Strong organization, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office and CRM systems; able to adapt to new technology quickly.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel overnight occasionally.
  • Self-motivated, high-energy, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
  • Consultatively sell our products and services, offering tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Develop action plans and schedules to prioritize high-value targets.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and quotes for current and prospective clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and sales materials.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales and support teams for seamless customer service.
  • Participate in marketing events, trade shows, and seminars to generate leads.
  • Follow up on orders, shipping schedules, and payment collection as needed.
