  • Follow Process Excellence: Ensure all sales activities align with company procedures to maintain operational efficiency and compliance.

  • Consultative Selling: Serve as a knowledgeable advisor to clients, deeply understanding their needs and delivering customized BAS solutions.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, operations, and field teams to ensure seamless project execution from start to finish.

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in building systems, automation, or a related technical field.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to travel within the designated territory.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with relevant experience.
