The Outside Sales Account Manager is responsible for selling lumber and building materials to local builders and remodelers while building and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role requires a proactive sales approach, technical knowledge of construction materials, and the ability to manage the sales process from start to finish. The OSAM will act as a strategic partner to customers, providing material estimates, job site visits, and expert consultation to ensure project success. The OSAM will be based at the Fairview, TN site and is required to travel to job sites at least 50% of the time. Success in this role requires a high level of autonomy, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to provide solutions that align with customers' needs and the company's strategic goals.
