We are seeking an innovative, experienced Account Executive with a passion for developing strong client relationships and driving strategic advertising results. In this consultative outside‑sales role, you’ll prospect qualified leads, uncover growth opportunities, and present compelling digital marketing solutions backed by our extensive, first‑class LOCALiQ portfolio. You will play a key role in acquiring new business, expanding existing relationships, and becoming a trusted marketing partner to clients throughout the Melbourne area. This is a hybrid position involving face‑to‑face meetings, presentations, and proposal delivery, supported by a collaborative internal team dedicated to client success.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • 3+ years in digital advertising sales or account management
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, programmatic advertising, and other digital channels
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Experience with CRM (daily use required)
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance (state‑required minimum)
  • Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their marketing challenges and goals.
  • Grow your client list by having a focus on continued business development and growth.
  • Develop and present strategic omni-channel marketing solutions using LOCALiQ’s suite of digital and traditional marketing products.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to closing and post‑sale follow‑through.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Client Success Managers, and Optimizers to deliver strong campaign performance and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide proactive insights, updates, and recommendations.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
