Requirements

A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.

Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments and through self-generated opportunities.
Conduct in-home inspections, consultations, and tailored presentations.
Diagnose issues and create detailed proposals with photos, pricing, and specs.
Negotiate, close deals, and consistently surpass sales goals.
Attend weekly meetings and ongoing training at our Menasha office.
Build lasting client relationships that drive repeat and referral business.
